Sorry to hear this. They must be bought and paid for, have grown children & or believe they can protect their own kids from being victimized by Big Pharma or whomsoever else! What some people in NY say is that their reps are clueless about what the bill actually states, i.e., that it's for homeless and runaway kids, which is pure BS. The very obvious problem that seems to be going unaddressed is this: What if the child has a reaction/adverse event/complication and the parents and medical personnel don't take the correct life-saving actions because they are kept in the dark about the medication or procedure the child has received?
