Agreed, it was the worst crime in human history and must not go unpunished.

If the government does not provide justice, it is not a legitimate government at all. The first job of government is justice.

Although I've never had an alcohol problem, the Serenity Prayer is permanently affixed to my refrigerator where I can read it daily.. It helps a lot with my political problem.

Thank you, dubbydove1! I agree this is a beautiful, life-affirming prayer that helps keep us from losing it. For those who don't know it: "God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, courage to change the things I can, and wisdom to know the difference"

I wish you and your family a Merry Christmas. I am trying to be hopeful for 2025. Yet, I also know it will be a crazy year.

Yes, we are, just as we did 4 years ago when the clowns stole the election. It was all of God's plan. 4 years of corruption and deception - some revealed, more hopefully to be extinguished.

Happy Christmas

Thank you, Shield Maiden! I look forward to doing the guided meditation you recommend. I meditate for a half hour almost every day, sometimes less, but I always get back to it because I can tell the difference in my state of mind and spirit. I have a CD created for timed meditations. You pick the time you want, and when it's up you hear three lovely gongs. Have been doing this for almost two decades!

It’s kind of a sarcastic meditation 🤣 but laughter is very therapeutic
