That does seem to be the game, doesn't it? Even if you try to stay on the sidelines, it's like 'ultimate' dodgeball.

I was thinking about dodgeball as a way to illustrate this!

This is one of my favorites! Way to defuse the mudslings and arrows of all 'sides'!

Thank you, Tereza! We need to stop having sides at all, we're so in the same boat!

So true. I have described this concept as a game of whack-a-mole before. But this game makes much more sense to what is going on because it is like we are hucking those ridiculous weapons at each other's faces instead of wondering why we are even playing the game to begin with, and who is making up the rules.

I am left with two questions:

Where are the masks for Team Blue? One must keep up appearances.

What is contained in the yellow balloons. I want to say lemonade, but...

For whatever reason, I didn't think about masking the players, and although I used red and blue outfits, what I wanted to show most was the chaotic free for all where it's not clear what red and blue teams represent, if we ever really did. That was contrived from the get go!

You always hit it out of the ballpark!

I can both smile and grimace when seeing some of the fine cartoons you and others have been making. I especially like it when you find a slant I haven't considered.
