I made me deadly ill before I read the late Dr. William Donald Kelley about his theories about the intestinal differences on the spectrum between sympathetic dominance and para-sympathetic dominance and recognized that my symptoms fit those of the latter eating like the former. Since I stopped eating much more than meat, I've never been healthier. Everyone falls somewhere on this spectrum but most know nothing about it.
I have heard of people switching to a primarily meat diet and their health improving dramatically. This is the first explanation I've heard. Thank you!
As a farmer, the most common objection I hear from people is "organic is too expensive" - what they really mean is: " I don't want to make the time to cook anything because I'm too lazy."
One of the things that wakes a lot of people up to going organic is getting seriously ill not only not getting better via pharmaceutical drugs, but getting sicker. Once they realize their health is in their hands and forge a different path, they have respect for taking the time to eat well. It's scary to see how people who don't bother eating well decline over time, with arthritis, diabetes, heart trouble, etc.
we see it in our own lives, with our own circle of friends/family. majority of my peers (I'm 63) on numerous meds, see numerous different doctors, have had bypasses and joint replacements... they don't realize that they have been doing it to themselves. chronic illness is so normalized that I am the odd ball. its sad.
Absolutely, Warrior Mom! People go on meds at the drop of a hat, without doing the slightest bit of research into their long term consequences, and without knowing how they might conflict with other meds they’re taking.
my SIL (who's younger than me), just started injecting that Wegovy crap. she recently got a hip replacement. has had 2 heart attacks & 3 bypasses; it takes 2 cosmetic bags to carry all her Rx meds. she smokes 2 packs of cigs a day and eats microwaved breakfast sandwiches. but says she can't eat red meat or sausage cuz its bad for her heart... oh and she had covid three times (supposedly)
you get what you pay for, right? here in the US, we got way too used to 'cheap food'. processed foods have crept in over the past 40 yrs, with my mom's generation (she's 86 now) getting 'sold' on convenience, and then sold on 'healthy', both of which have been proven to be a lie.
Something I don’t hear nearly enough about is the absolute necessity of taking drastic anti-trust legislation and enforcement action against the monstrous financial institutions that are destroying the world. There’s absolutely no chance of curing the cancer that has infected the social fabric of the decent world without busting these leviathans apart.
Thanks. I've been troubled about the Bird Flu nonsense. I don't think it's about another lockdown like 2020 but an attempt to destroy food sources the biggies don't own. If you eat food this will impact you.
Yes, I agree, RE Nichols! Pam Popper just did a video today saying they won't do the same thing again, they'll come at us from a different angle, particularly culling livestock, birds, etc., under the guise of fighting bird flu.
Meryl Nass also. she recently published a 90+ slide deck debunking all things 'bird flu'. I honestly don't see how the PTB think they are gonna get away with it.
Yes. A year or two ago, Australian government agents started visiting apiaries (honey bee farms), dressed in hazmat suits, and killing all of the bees by gas under the excuse that a virus may have been detected. My guess is that honey, like home-farmed chickens and their eggs, provides too much local autonomy and independence from the fascist food supply grab.
Could we use a whole bunch more of independent farmers working with the folks around them? Not communities but cooperatives of rugged individualists with God-given respect for one another. Not large concerns which pull monkeyshines like repurposing paint ingredients derived from flax seed to human consumption for the teensy amount of fiber involved. The stuff may not be all that good for you, but it’s a great bailout for the former mega suppliers suffering from dialed back demand from the paint manufacturers.( I thought that it tasted like linseed oil smells!) local milk and butter taste great and work out well for those who get off their duff once in a while. Local supermarket Hannaford getting into the act by encouraging local supplier sales, a baby step forward but at least in the right direction. I like the format but not the overabundance of processed mung to wade through, to Anne’s point.
The WEF, WHO, and of Course all their puppet Governments and Corporations are adept at making the world SQUIRM. It's all about money and control, food and energy are now the method after the covid crap. EVERYONE knows how to stop this, we are many they are few, we can say NO!
I find the Farmers market fruits and vegetables to be more natural. I believe our diets change according to our bodies needs . It's never one size fits all mentality.
Eating from a farmer's market will make you ill if you are para-sympathetic like I am.
Sorry to hear you have a condition that restricts you in that way!

Anne, you have captured my sentiments to “B”, as in bioengineered! Thank you
You're very welcome, Mother Mott!
Wonder what Bugs Bunny would say about GMO, controlling his carrots..
referring to whichever The$cience™tist made that particular GMO item, probably something along the line of "What a maroon"
There is food, and then there is food stuffs. Your choice.

Hey that's me!

Most "food" is more chemical than food.

Going organic is cheaper in the long run than medical care.

I wholeheartedly agree with you, Charles! Thank you for posting.

I heard on the radio today that pets were to have meat grown in the lab, coming soon to a pie and chips near you!
YES!!! Can’t have carnivores consuming meat when they can make gazillions feeding them profitable, harmful chemical crap!
LOL - it's the future if we don't watch out...
Very Good Cartoon (mime)!
