I think it's perfect, for the time being, to just get out there with the statement. I particularly like Del Bigtree's framing of it; he speaks of being "politically marooned" ... He looks sad now in saying it, even more than exasperated or disgusted or resigned, since doing his episode on Yuri Besmenov. :(
