It would be more appropriate to file Valid criminal charges in District courts. This process would be initiated via Civil Affidavit of Complaint - sent to District courts and civil court prosecutors. Hello Blaise: Good suggestions regarding cell phone shielding. A person can shield tracking devices by creating a multi-layer aluminum foil "envelope" which surrounds the cell phone in an envelope-like enclosure. It's cheap and effective.
Four or five layers of aluminum wrap, taped together with clear packaging tape or "other". I've done this with credit cards, and tested it on current production cellular phones. Works like a charm. Readers should be aware that they will be unable to send or receive calls. Thanks for posting.

I heard about a lot of repurposed hotels where people were 'quarantined' and then had to pay for board & lodging. It would be more appropriate to file Valid criminal charges in District courts. This process would be initiated via Civil Affidavit of Complaint - sent to District courts and civil court prosecutors. These filings need to be hand delivered with witness, or sent registrared mail with return receipt. I have posted the Affidavit process many times in recent months.

Hello Blaise: Good suggestions regarding cell phone shielding. A person can shield tracking devices by creating a multi-layer aluminum foil "envelope" which surrounds the cell phone in an envelope-like enclosure. It's cheap and effective.
Four or five layers of aluminum wrap, taped together with clear packaging tape or "other". I've done this with credit cards, and tested it on current production cellular phones. Works like a charm. Readers should be aware that they will be unable to send or receive calls. Thanks for posting.

I heard a story from my husband's friend about his time in a covid camp in Australia- he was caught between two countries at a bad moment. He was there for months (unsure how long exactly, but months plural), had to pay for his food etc., and of course wasn't permitted to leave, go to work, nor see his children. I heard about a lot of repurposed hotels where people were 'quarantined' and then had to pay for board & lodging.
